5-Month Women’s Self-Defense Series
75 minutes • 2nd Saturday of every month
Monthly Focus:
Month 1: Foundations — stance, awareness, basic strikes, wrist escapes
Month 2: Escapes — hair grabs, choke defenses, rear grabs
Month 3: Striking — elbows, knees, power & timing
Month 4: Leverage — joint control, bear hugs, balance breaking
Month 5: Ground Survival — escapes, getting up safely, scenarios

✔ No experience required
✔ Certificate awarded after completion
Designed to be taken as a full 5-month journey, although you'll be sure to gain a lot in each session!
